These terms cover your use of Honu, the honu.life website, and the Honu membership. By using the site or joining the membership, you agree to them. Honu is a service of Rebel Capital Group INC, which operates this website and the membership (referred to here as "we" or "us").

What Honu is, and what it isn't

Honu is a membership of educational resources and organizational tools for families helping an aging parent: guides, checklists, planning tools, and related materials.

Honu provides educational information and organizational tools. Honu is not a medical, legal, financial, or insurance advisor, and nothing here is professional advice. For decisions about your family's health, money, or legal affairs, consult a licensed professional.

Our tools help you get organized and ask better questions. Decisions about your parent's health, legal authority, and money belong with you and the licensed professionals you engage.

Billing

The founding membership is $79 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.
Your founding rate is locked for life for as long as your membership remains active.
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the period you've paid for.

Refunds

If the membership isn't what your family needs, your first month is refunded on request. Email hello@honu.life and we'll take care of it. After the first month, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Your membership

Membership and its materials are for you and your family's personal use. They may not be resold, republished, or redistributed commercially.
You're responsible for keeping your access credentials to yourself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we do, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
